Professional Experience: Engaged in private equity investing since 1976. Prior experience includes fourteen years as Chairman and CEO of Reading Tube Corporation, eleven years in management consulting where I worked extensively with the Mayors and Chiefs of Police in four major cities, one year as Assistant Dean of the Graduate School of Business Administration at Tulane, and three years as an engineer on the Apollo program. I have extensive experience working with union labor in companies with as many as 26,000 employees and multi-billion dollar budgets. I am currently a member of the Audit and Finance Committees of the Board of Baker Hughes.
